I naturally gravitate towards fresh and light colours that lighten the mind and bring joy. My art is an extension of my innermost feelings, with each brush stroke capturing the essence of my mood and emotions. As a result, my paintings hold deep personal significance to me.

My art varies between abstract and figurative as I enjoy painting with spontaneous, experimental techniques as well as with careful, thoughtful attention to detail. My attention is especially drawn to the ways in which colors interact and contrast with one another.

I’m a big fan of sustainable art, and to that end I’ve been experimenting with painting on cardboard – a versatile and recyclable material that offers a unique perspective to my work. Whether I’m creating joyful children’s posters or exploring this eco-conscious approach, it all falls under the Stjerneby Studio umbrella.
